Date Posted: 07/16/08 10:14:18am You typically go to Prudence to relax, ride bikes, float around in the water, step back in time, enjoy nature and relax some more. One fun thing we found was letterboxing. There are 2 hidden on the island. Check out letterboxing.org for more info on that. We bring buckets, shovels - all beach stuff and catch ( and release) lots of crabs, minnows - whatever we can! No restaurants or tourist stuff so go to Newport is that is what you prefer.
