"We need to get this place cleaned up." Tyrsis walked down the palace stairs and small grouping of guards. They scattered, knowing they should have been doing so already and having been caught in a moment of inaction.

As she exited, she paused. The bodies were gone, but pools of blood and other bodily fluids were still everywhere. No one was in the streets. Rain would be a blessing about now. She went to find Myuler.

Asking him to magically create something for her was entirely against the upbringing she had, but then... she also wanted to talk to him. Age was wisdom, and she needed to ask a few questions.

Kyira stood at the treeline, watching the great pilar of smoke that rose from a pile of corpses. The creature Wyrd stood near it, tending the funeral pire until only ashes remained.
