Dawnsfire didn't so much as twitch as Seraph's voice floated across the darkened room. Her voice was calm as she answered him. Part of her calmness stemmed from the fact that her own journey into the Spirit plane had exhausted her. The rest came from knowing that death was merely the next step in her own cycle and it held no fear for her. Speaking again quietly she leaned forward and gently tucked the blanket that covered Emi a bit more securely around her.

"If it is the Daughter of Ice and Wind you seek she is in the next room. She knows of my presence here, indeed it was she who requested my aid, such as it was to bring her daughter that is not her daughter back to herself. I was..... fortunate that she was willing to return. I would not force her to, though such is indeed within my abilitites. It would not be..... polite."

Sitting back against the chair she smiled faintly to herself. Emi would recover, perhaps not perfectly, but sometimes scarring was inevitable. Dawnsfire only hoped that her scarring wasn't too deep.
