那就是說經文的應用性是受到時代背景和地域文化限制, 而不是可以放諸四海, 是不是?
如果你認為這條律法對女性的保障是足夠的話, 這是一條公義的律法, 為何你不同意今天通過這樣的一條律法?

我再問, 這條律法怎樣保障在威脅下不能求救或沒有人聽受害者求救等等情況下的受害婦女? 為何這些婦女沒有受保障?
另外, 如果婦女不喜歡那個強姦犯, 但又礙於律例而被迫下嫁, 她的個人意願有沒有受保障?
這認為這仍是一條對女性的保障足夠的律法嗎?
