Anyone from back then remember who operated any of the corner groceries that were on just about every street corner along First Street from Chambers up to Carpenter Avenue? I have, in my mind's old eyes, one in particular that I called the Salada Tea Store, from the signage on its facade...but I don't remember the folks who owned and operated it.
