It so great to see you back. I was a bit leery about trying to call you. I did not want to stir anything up.

I hear you. I know, I know. I wasn't on my bike though. I could have caught them then. I was walking. The other day I got the same thing in my upper shoulder at the neck line. I got some kind of steroid shot in the butt for that one. The doc asked if I had been painting overhead or something. I wasn't. I looked up what electrolytes are. Jeez, minerals filling up volume or something. Just a slight imbalance in electrolytes can cause big trouble for the body. With my chronic dehydration I guess I am going to have to be even more careful. I would like to blame the other morning on the long legged women still . I don’t think it is macho stuff… well maybe a residue of it, but mostly maybe stubbornness has more to with it. I have the gene in me… ya know… called “don’t tell me what to do.” I just don’t want my medical condition telling me what to do. Do you notice, I never say , unless I slip, disabled ? Not me! Hmm… maybe it is pride also… I do not know. But, you are right indeed. I need to let up some. Hey! If 60 miles ain’t all that far, get your butt down here for an afternoon of some fun.
