OK, here we go again.......2 muscle relaxers, 2 pain pills, a massage, cold packs, and another pain killer ought to give you a sign that you are DOING TOO MUCH!!!!!
I'm gonna say it over and over til you listen to me. You shouldn't be trying to catch those women, what was that?
A macho thing? A challenge? Look at the meds you had to take when it was all over. Ease up please......just saying this as a friend and a Medical Professional.

I'm not above taking the bike chain away....60 miles isn't that far.........LOL
