18 years of stuff... jeez!!! Good luck. Oh, buy an older house... at least 25 or 30 years or more even. I installed linoleum, tile, etc. for 25 years. The floor is the most important part of the house or it used to be. A new $300,000 house is just more of a cheap new $80,000 house. I know.

It is just a suggestion, you two would do great if you went to a relationship counselor before tying the knot... really would. It is not a matter of 'being in love' or the 'right person' it is knowing how to do a relationship and back in our days they did not have Relationship 101 in school... ya know. A well functioning relationship is more about negotiating an equal exchange rather than compromising each other. At least that is what I learnt in a relationship class that I took.

RICHARD
