Subject: Weaning a donkey

I have a donkey that was not correctly weaned from his mother. I do not have the mother to work with him on his behaviors. I can find information on how to correctly wean a donkey but nothing on what to do once he has the bad behaviors. I need help on what to do with him because he has been after my pregnant goat.

Go to the auction and pick up a Donkey gelding and put him with him. Then get him fixed as soon as you can. ADA has a new Forum on : yahoogroups

Yes, get another donkey. they really need to be with their own kind to learn how to be a donkey. geldings are good for that. even a jenny. they will teach him manners.
