Subject: Genie Francis article in PEOPLE..

I really hate TPTB. So, she really REALLY wanted to come back to the show? I assume she will be back at the end of October, then. TPTB will use her for November Sweeps, no doubt.

Also, I find the whole tone disturbing and some of the replies at SZ disturbing too. I generally hate SZ anyway, since it's polar opposite of every other board on the net. I would hope TPTB don't use it as a compass to anything.

The weight/looks thing just bugs the hell out of me. If you throw all the people watching GH in a room, I guarantee most of them would be consider fugly or not the perfect weight. Yet, if you go by some of these GH watcher's attitude, we are only suppose to relate to the most gorgeous/beautiful, and no one should ever gain weight--even after having a huge amount of children? Give me a freakin' break. I'd rather see a slightly overweight Genie with my 60 year old Tony than watching Sonny bedhop with various women, or Carly bedhop with various men.

I don't know, maybe I'm just a rare breed.

I had heard about the drug problems, but alcohol, too? I know Tristan had a problem but had no idea about Genie.
