This is for the sake of those persons who posted the message or replies. This is in defense for them who rightly posted it. I did not give any reply postings to that message when I read it because I felt that the message was done in a fairly manner. THE ARTICLE OR MESSAGE STARTED AND ENDED with CONGRATULATORY REMARKS for MS FRANCO FOR A JOB WELL DONE AND THE AUTHORS EVEN ENCOURAGED SHE LOU TO MOVE ON AND TRAIN FUTURE MODELS AND BEAUTY QUEENS BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE IN HER CAPACITY. THERE WAS NO DERAGATORY REMARKS (not even one) AGAINST MS FRANCO.
There were enumerations or comments that were mentioned.
You mentioned this, ” palaging hindi ayos ang hair ni Sheryl Lou;”
Well, the article did not even tell that exactly. There was no words like those as you claimed. In that article if I remember it right, it says, “bad hairstyles --- Ms Franco had two bad hairstyles …. – it was their opinion. They don’t like her hairstyle when she left the Philippines and during the course of the pageant. I don’t see anything wrong with those statements. Previous articles suggested for another hairstyle. IT IS UP TO THE MANAGER OF MS FRANCO IF SHE/HE WILL SPORT THAT HAIRSTYLE DURING THE PAGEANT. You MAY OR MAY NOT take their suggestions. In that 1st enumeration there was no DERAGATORY remarks against her.
Another statement that you mentioned, “The poster said na rarely lang nagsmile si Shelou during the whole span of the pageant…” I think it was their observation. Maybe the authors did not see her smiling that often. Maybe they were not present all the time.. There was nothing wrong of that comment. In that 2nd comment, there was no DERAGATORY remarks against her. I believe that they wanted Ms Franco to smile always. It was just unfortunate that they saw her in an event that she was not smiling at all…maybe only… It is better to say that you will clarify that she smiled often during the pageant and not to delete the article. There’s nothing to feel bad on this 2nd comment. You have to feel bad if there are comments like this, “ang pangit ng ngiti na parang sira…etc or parang syang baliw ngumiti” but there were no comments made like that against shelou.. If the authors missed the smile of shelou, then, it was their observation why they commented like that. Defend ms franco in a nice and subtle way.
You mentioned this, ” Sabi ng poster na hindi raw nakikipag halubilo si Shelou sa MTW organization…” it was very clear that the message posted did not even mentioned those words/statements. You made it worst. It did not say that Ms Franco did not socialize with other people when she was there. The comment made by them was that she was not the only person who was on national tv who invited televiewers to watch MTW. Because previously, the staff commented that she was the only candidate who was given a chance by MTW organizers to be on national TV and invited people. Then there was a clarification made by one of the staff of MTW that she was not the only candidate who had a chance on national TV, etc. You even deleted that clarification article which there was nothing against Ms Franco, It was pure clarification from MTW. With regards to the interview, it was their observation. The authors wanted to enhance more of her communication skills. Even if they mentioned that she was not in her high spirit. Well, it’s their observation. AGAIN, THERE WAS NO DERAGATORY or LIBEL WORDS OR BELOW THE BELT WORDS THAT WERE MENTIONED IN THAT COMMENT.
All I can say is that the message was balance and no below the belt words that was mentioned. It was created fairly for the sake of Ms Franco. It is worth for posting. Ang hindi dapat ma-post ay yung mga nagsasabi ng mga degrading and unacceptable remarks against her. HWAG NAMAN KAYONG MADALING MAPIKON. The way I read the message, it was not created but it was an observation that was made based on their presence there in Zimbabwe, based on the pictures that were browsed online, based on the events of the pageant with their reliable sources also. They have also the right to voice out their side and it is not only your side. These two sides will make it MORE BALANCE AND FAIR TO EVERYBODY. It’s a big NO for you to delete such wonderful articles, messages and replies. It’s true when the authors say, “it’s your credibility is at stake here”. I have this suggestion --- please bring back the messages and replies posted. It will make your website very credible. If not, you will lose your credibility. I will never visit your site again if you wont bring back those two main articles including replies.
More power to Ms Franco!
From U.S. of A. pageant fanatic
