Excellent, it is no need to say anymore but Thank You, as one of our fast horse brough up so many points for our reminder. For him, maybe it is already well known. However, Ah Wing you are so considerate to highlight some points and remind the freshmen in the team!

Thank ah Wing, in the last weekend, you are the role model to the team. It strenghtened our confidence for the whole team. Particularly, after overnight walking, especially when you ran back to deliver the deep heat for someone uncomfortable/injuried, we saw how strong you are and how nice you are! We knew you are still so energatic but never walked far away! You demonstrated that each one's energy reserve is very important for the team, in case someone needs helps.
