I've been really stressed out lately, and I can't sleep at all...trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, etc...

And the worst part is, when I'm awake at all hours of the night, I'm constantly worrying, and thinking "OK, if I fall asleep now I'll get 3 hours of sleep..." and stressing out because of all the studying/work I'll have trouble doing the next day because I'm so f*cking tired! (Sorry to be so vulgar...am very frustrated)

I've tried tylenol PM, then I'm just groggy and still awake.

Does anybody have any hints/tricks/tips/suggestions on how to SLEEP!!??? ANY advice would be appreciated, i'm a zombie here!!

amy
