how about Canada's media law: I quote: Society of Professional Journalists puts forth a set of ethical standards, though it has no means to enforce them. First among them is: “Deliberate distortion is never permissible.”
so should there be a stiff penalty for lies, for screams in that theatre of voters. should guys who are not journalists be forced to say on the half hour to disclose that they are entertainers and so have no links to ethical standards.
