Could it play like this: Perhaps futile, could this be a play for younger viewers? Young people dress like young people dress? Pomp dresses for Pomp, Janelle for whoever, Shannon for adults?

These people try everything but boosting the quality of the news report. Predictable as the day is long. Like I care what they wear.
