Do these guys know that most of the people don't remember or know who Chuck was.

I doubt that's true, but if it is that's a real indictment of the listeners. Ultimately Mr. Rooney has final say over any broadcast booth changes, unless one of them elects to retire. And since he seems reluctant to push Antonio Brown out the door I doubt he will do that to any broadcasters who, if nothing else, have been loyal.
