I asked an earlier question about this and did not get an answer. I know there may be some insiders on here who could maybe explain this.

How is radio talent evaluated? Is it just be the employer itself? Does a station like The Fan get rated through a private entity?

The last question is does each personality or talent get evaluated independently? Does 93.7 receive information showing that the audience rating for the morning show? Do they wait until ratings fall to make change or do they look to maybe improve and increase ratings by making a change? I would like to see the data on that and on Dunlap independently. Maybe a few of us are out of the loop on this and people are enjoying that schtick.

Any feedback is welcome.
