Thinking back on every poem of yours I've read, your style is one I would love to mimic.

My favorite technique you use is the one where you call the person you're writing about something ... like "hey, punk." or "kid", or "babe"... It's a great technique that really strengthens the idea... I still remember the first poem of yours I ever read (I've got it in one of my notebooks, cuz I loved it so fuckin' much), and you used it there.

Anyway, I love it when you do that... So do it more.

Wish I could think of something poetic to insert here, but I really can't. So you're just gonna have to take my awe-struck reply and be content with it.
