Some kind of padding or foam that has a hole cut in the middle for your mouth and nose, so that the mask can rest on the padding instead of your face. Make sure there is overlap on your cheek so that when you lay your head down the foam/padding/material is between you and the mask and strap. Maybe try a medical supply store. Tell them what your problem is and see what they may suggest. Good Luck!
