Subject: A Moment of Silence

i would like a moment of silence for my cousin Louis who died in Iraq to protect all of us. on tuesday, he was killed in combat, he was my age and never got to experience a real life. http://www.abcactionnews.com/stories/2005/06/050603casualty.shtml

this is him and these are his parents, no parent should ever have to bury their child, especially their only child. i will miss him forever, knowing i will never see his blonde hair, crooked smile, or bony knees ever again. this war has become senseless it isn't even a war anymore. i want them all to come home. nobody should feel the pain i feel in my heart right now missing my childhood friend and family member. our consolation is the fact that he will given a full military service and be buried with veterans in Arlington cemetary. i may believe it shouldn't have happened but he died fighting for what he believed in and to protect us. while the reasons were not just, he is among those in Heaven now, taken from here much too soon. i miss and love you dear friend.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Marilin, you have my deepest sympathy. You and your family have made the ultamate sacrifice, something no one should have to endure. I hope you find comfort in each other, and in the memories of Louis. As others have said, he will live on, in your heart, forever, always young and smiling.
