I was the person who posted under the names Raci, Caroline and Louisa. All the other anonymously named posts in agreement, wishing to know the format for the book, were not made by me. (as Cory will be able to check)

I had originally emailed Cory with this question and received no response. I have also now emailed again to apologise.

I would just like to say though that when Cory had posted an answer to my question that, for me, would have been the end of it!

And yes I am sorry it then got out of hand!
