My daughter was also royalty for TDS last year. They would be 2nd to DDA in my opinion. Yes, they did send cards on some of the holidays, but were inconsistent. I don't remember gifts, though. You are right, the crowning slideshow is VERY special. I remember that from the year my daughter won, I thought "how special for the outgoing royalty". My dd was featured on this years slideshow - Martha began working on that about three months ago! -- What happened at the pageant?
