Don't listen to second hand information. Contact the pageant system. This is a new national level pageant that is awarding over 35 titles and $10,000 on stage with qualified judges. There are a few bad apples who lost big time at the LIttle Mr & Miss Illinois pageant and still haven't gotten over it. This is a system with h/m, not a natural system that they are referring too.
