Subject: Did director's ever consider that if they didn't put pro-rate language in their rules, that they might draw more contestants? I think most moms are hesitant to enter their dd's in the pageant if there is danger of pro-rating. There are so many to choose from, you can't have one ding on your record, or we'll just go somewhere else.
