Subject: I work with customs and imports for my job and these companies are now very highly regulated with the new testing and standards laws that have gone into effect. You do have recourse and you can file claims on these items if you have not recieved them but I would advise stick with larger companies and not the small ones that only carry a few items those manufacturers are usually in small remote factories and hard to file against as they move or change thier name.
