People are sick of no knowing what to expect when they go to prescott. SET THE PAYOUT--SET THE RULES. stop trying to please everyone or bend it around to get car count up. If you do it will come back to the same old saying about presscott and that will be "Even though the track has a new owner it's business as usuall and nothing changed for the better".
