dear ele, i think your "mission" in life is clearer and clearer, your attentive ears and caring heart can "save" so many lost souls. you've already built up the "prestige" of a caring and constructive friend-counsellor. if you like to take this role, do go for it. we're already in your "client" list. dear lulu, thank you so much for your kind encouragement. yes, i do feel clearer and clearer about my mission in life, and it is always my greatest pleasure to listen to friends as well as others who need a listener.... i don't have any complaint really, and i am indeed very grateful to be given the chance to go back to school again, and to be able to develop a nurturing relationship with someone i love. i must confess i do get those 'mood swings' from time to time though, partly due to homesickness, and partly due to my proponsity to melancholy. in any case, it's nothing unusual - it used to be a lot worse few years ago, when it actually affected my functioning..... last night i stayed up all nite working on a statistics report, i still feel a bit dream-like now, so please excuse me if i'm not writing much sense....
