Subject: I was relieved to hear Ernesto fizzled. I kept thinking, not again! You poor Floridians went through enough last year. My plans for this weekend include homework, writing and more homework and writing. I'm leaving on a trip to Dallas in a few weeks for a writers conference and will miss a week of school. That means everything needs to be done ahead of time and I want the rough draft of my manuscript done so I can pitch it to editors and agents. We'll see what happens. I'll keep you all updated. :)
