Subject: "No, no..." He repeated a few times, littered with curses, and still didn't turn to face the pair, his head shaking violently - this couldn't be true. He had been so blind too - she had left him a note - and he had done this to her. She had wanted him to love her, and he hadn't let himself, and the pain of that coupled with the tragedy of her life had been too much for the young girl to handle. "God, she left me a note, Joey... I should have called you..." He should have known a couple days ago, and he should have called and warned Joey - then he would have known and he would have stopped her, and their beautiful, sweet, lively Lysia would still be here. His shoulder trembled a little before his head bowed and his eyes filled.
In reply to: Joey/Lysia 's message, "
Sunny days seem to hurt the most
I wear the pain like a heavy coat
I feel you everywhere I go
I see your smile, I see your face
I hear you laughing in the rain
Still can't believe your gone...
It's ain't fair you died to young
Like a story that had just begun
But death tore the pages all away
God knows that I miss you
All the hell that I've been through
Just knowin' no one could take your place
Sometimes I wonder...
Who you'd be today
"

  • He pressed a kiss to her forehead, a low breath escaping his lips as he ran his hand down his face. Gently, he tucked her back into the bed, covering her up to the neck with her blankets and brushing her hair tenderly out of her eyes. He took a step towards Travis, trying to stem his tears as he ran his hand down his face. "I don't...I didn't know who else to call." He murmured, his voice slightly apolagetic, he didn't want to traumatize Travis by having him see his ex-girffriend dead but he really had been at a loss. He needed someone to help him through this, he couldn't do it himself and even though him and Travis didn't get along all the time, he was the only other one who cared about Lysia the way he did.
