She wasn't too sure what to think either, and was terrified of what was ahead of her now, but she had really had no choice - it was either do this, or give up on life altogether. Sitting on the edge of the counter with her legs crossed at her ankles, her fingers were linked between her knees and her eyes were on her hands for a long moment before slowly raising to meet his. A soft breath escaped her lightly glossed lips and a bit of a smile brightened her features - she had to believe that her life was going to take a positive turn now, though she knew that it wasn't going to be anywhere pleasant or easy for a while yet. She had felt a little self-conscious dressing up, but they had had to look convincing, and so she had complied - with a pale purple dress that tied up behind her neck halter-style, fit close to her trim torso, and then flared out into a flowy a-line to her knees. Her dark hair was loose and in soft ringlets, and her make-up was light and nearly non-existent, and she was almost ready to go change and tie her hair back, but not quite yet.

He smiled lightly, trying to be reassuring as he gazed at her. "So, we decided then, if we are going to tell the others that we are officially hitched?" He questioned with a furrowed brow, he wasn't sure if she wanted people to know what they had done, and if people did know, they might start asking questions as to why they had done it...he didn't like the idea of hiding it though - like they had done something wrong or something like that, just didn't feel like a good way to start out the rest of their lives, lying and keeping things a secret...
