Subject: My chick can't walk help

Hello I need help I have a chick that I hatched about 3 weeks ago he came out with wry neck and I have nursed him back to health I have now noticed he is limping on his leg I read about slipped tendon but I can't seem to get it back in if it is that he gets along fine eating and drinking I'm worried that I can't fix him please help
