Subject: 30hour old chick with leg and toe problems,not standing

I have a 30h old chick, shes the only one out of 16 with crooked legs and feet and can hardly stand straigt, she mostly leans to the side, need help with how to help her get her feet back on track!
Ive tryed since early this morning making her little shoes out of athletic tape/vet tape.. But not sure if that is the only thing i should be doing!?

Ive read in the previous threads that i should send a picture but there isnt any button that says that i can attach a picture of thiss poor chick
Is there an email adress that i can send the picture to ?
