My, my, my. I just clicked on comments because I decided after reading your blog religiously for the last couple of years, it would behoove (sorry Tracey but you made it seem so cool that I had to try it out) me to say congratulations. I was shocked to read all the posts about your eating habits. It seems like you have lots of experts advising you. I doubt you even need to see your OB. BTW, I have 3 kids (25,20,18). That was back in the day when there weren't as many rules...I ate horribly. Two liter of Coke a day, mexican food 5 times a week (the cheap, fast food kind), and chocolate cake for breakfast every day. My 25 year old graduated fourth in her class and just received her Masters. My other two are both in college-one is Pre-Med. No ADHD, autism, health problems to be found. A little OCD but, really, who isn't? With all the knowledge we have now, I know you aren't like me. I don't recall seeing a complete list of food you have ingested since conception, but with only a pound gained in the first tri, I can't think you are doing too horribly. Besides, whatever gets you through the first three months, right? Anyway, good luck to you! There is nothing like the first pregnancy and the joy you will experience. Don't let the pregnancy police get you down.

Rhonda
