The first paragraph is elementary, the second is what was needed. Running has finally resumed last week after intense reshaping of my upper body in January-February. Neglecting the abs of course since I was unmotivated to kill buddah. They are my only obstruction to perfection. Need to get back up to my 3 mile a day every other day regime. Need my ipod. Sunday.
