That's cool, but if u don't mind i'm gonna offer a piece of advice. You know how they tell you to lift light to tone and lift heavy to get bulky? Don't believe it. If the 10 lb weights are working for you, that's awesome, but from how it sounds, you could use 15's or 20's and cut your time down. Don't worry about getting bulky, us girls don't have the testostorone to build bulk, not like one day you're gonna wake up and people will think you're a contestant for those world's strongest man contests LOL. Hell, they say even guys can't build bulk easily. I don't really train for strength myself, but i've found that training as if you're training for strength helps you get more toned. But hey it's just my advice, if the 10 lb dumbbells are doing their job, stick with them, afterall it's your workout and do your own thing instead of someone telling you how to workout. :-) The medicine ball thing sounds cool i do that sometimes, but hey could you do me a favor and give me ab training advice? I want to get my abs more defined, maybe you know something i don't.
