Subject: Re:The answer is yes and no depending on your definition of an at large. The names above were REGIONAL titleholders who had been there before with directors, so a bit different. AT LARGE are constants without directors. Michelle Fryatt won a long long time ago as an at large, but doesn't really count as that was way back when there were almost no state directors.
