Subject: Something I've noticed. The directors with most successful contestants only use Competitive Image marginally and seldom, if ever, have contestants use Suzy Bootz. Why is that? Subject Author Date Oregon used Suzy and again didn't place. I think they think if they use these "sponsors" that gives them an edge. It only lines the pockets. Look at her record, how many are in the pageant she is coaching and how many place and win, it's an odds game! (NT) BE yourself! 07/30/13 Tue Yes, she coaches so many but few gone on to place. The reason I ask is that I coached with a woman for 6 years and saw no results. This is a person everyone knows and who has had a lot of winners-but I didn't see any results and decided to cut ties. Could this be the case with Suzy? I have heard nothing but good things about her but in choosing a coach, one needs to look at the overall track record. Ladies that is lining her pockets and not getting you the crown any better than a less expensive coach. All pageant vendors charge excessive prices and contestants are desperate enough to pay it. You have 30 white gowns in a pageant ONE is bound to place and win!Look for a coach that coaches less in numbers of ladies per pageant and pay attention to how they place. If a coach has two in a pageant and they place Winner and 2nd runner up...that is better then someone who has 10 in the pageant two make the top 10! Both of the ones who placed in Mrs. would have done so without her coaching them. Very well spoken and confident ladies. She was the only lady I coached in the whole pageant (16 ladies) and she won! After she won her director congratulated another coach on this coaches facebook page (knowing I worked with her winner as she posted a thank you to me on her page) on her win and this coach accepted the congratulations even though this coach only gave 1 free hour. I just sat back, what do you do?It is frustrating by my numbers and success speak volume without me having to!
