I doesn't necessarily need to be IN the big city. You can get less expensive hotels their ballrooms right outside the city. My city is rightoutside the big city and it's a great place to hold a pageant. As amtter of fact our state Miss USA pageant is held here. -- Ms. & Mrs. Pageants
