Kristin, I'm gonna accept your apology and offer up one of my own... -- bird, 22:02:46 05/16/06 Tue [1]
Kristin and everyone, this is really hard for me so bear with me...ahem. Ya see, Keith and I have been secretly seeing each other for awhile now. By the way, I laundered your jeans, Kristin, and I even ironed them and hung them up but I'm digressing...ahem. What I'm trying to say is that it's just as much my fault as it is Kristin's that Keith and Nicole are getting engaged...While Keith's been taking a break from touring, hubby and I have been having some amazing sex and I'm sure that it was additionally my actions that drove him to the arms of the tall woman. He musta felt completely unloved and unwanted with us both cheating on him with our hubbys. Ya'll, please forgive us...

not alone -- kennedypratt, 00:15:32 05/17/06 Wed [1]
Ah bird, I was wondering why Keith sounded so out of breath the other night when I called. Thanks for taking care of my jeans. I know where you are coming from, when he was on tour things were much easier to manage. But now with all this time on his hands he was getting a bit demanding. I tried to do the best I could, I'm sorry ya'll.

Well, am I going to be the first one to say it? -- Mo, 15:12:13 05/17/06 Wed [1]
Girls, I know you meant well - all of you. But now that the, er, um, "cat's" out of the bag, I just have to ask -
What were you thinking? Poor Keith! No wonder he looked so lonely when he came here.
If you'd only *told* me, perhaps I could've spent more time with him (than I did [wink, wink]), and this situation could have been avoided.

lonely? -- kennedypratt, 17:27:27 05/17/06 Wed [1]
Did he really look lonely? I thought I was doing a pretty good job keeping him company, but I am only one woman. And Bird has that whole husband, kids, profession thing to deal with so her time was limited too. But I'm telling you all, it was my reconciliation that did it. It just drove him to the edge, ahh, so sorry ladies.

Well, gee, KP . . . -- Mo, 17:52:07 05/17/06 Wed [1]
Well, now that you mention it, maybe anxious is a better word for how he seemed. I guess he was waiting for word from you. I mean, I did my best to, ah, calm him down [grin], but once he got the news from you . . .
Is that how it happened?

I know you tried your best -- kennedypratt, 23:51:42 05/17/06 Wed [1]
Don't you hate it when he does that, looks nervously at his phone every 5 seconds. Yeah, sorry to ruin your time with him Mo. I had left him a kind of cryptic voicemail earlier but wasn't able to call him until later. Then I broke the news. But I wish he didn't have such a knee jerk reaction. Just because I'm reconciled doesn't mean I'll stay reconciled, and the way its looking now I won't be. But we could say the same for him perhaps. Many engagements don't make it to the alter. And as Tex pointed out, this public proclaimation could be the kiss of death.

Kennedypratt's message, apologies -- sweetness, 01:31:28 05/20/06 Sat [1]
Whew! That's a relief. I thought it was my fault for turning him down, not leaving my husband, and forcing him to turn to such alternatives like, you know who. I didn't know I had that kind of effect on the man. He must have been devastated. But it's good to know I'm off the hook and it's all your fault Kennedy.

thanks sweetness -- kennedypratt, 16:03:07 05/20/06 Sat [1]
True, I take complete and total resposibility for this whole situation. You can all stop feeling guilty for breaking his heart. I was the straw that broke the camel's back.

SWETNESS, YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE!!!!! -- Horsecrazi29, 13:32:23 08/12/06 Sat [1]
Ok, I dont know if anybody is going to read this, but I would hope you will! This is Kelly back from the cmt board, and I am avidly hunting down Sweetness! Somebody (I will not mention names) told me that Sweetness lost her inspiration to write the last chapter of Pinstripes. Now Sweetness, if you're reading this, that is not a good enough excuse! If you are still posting here, and if you are still posting about Keith anywhere, than you most certainly have NOT lost your love for Keith, nor your inspiration to write the FINAL CHAPTER!!!!!!! You can't leave us hanging like this forever Sweetness.... It's just not nice!
