Subject: Seems as if this post has come at a good time.... Another venerable KU site, MAKU, is closing up shop. I've extended the invitation to their members to hang out here with us, so please make them feel welcome. RIP, MAKU.

Feathers, I usually come here to lurk, I really only posted on MAKU, not sure why, it just felt right. I am not sure what to do with myself now, I will try to join in more here.Thank you for continuing what you do here. You may find more friends stopping in!

I was shocked as well....one of the other girls on the MAKU board told me about this site so I thought I would come over and check it out.
