Subject: Belive it or Not!!!


Some things are just unbelievable in this day and age!! This bit of news is TRUE, and is an example of truth being stranger than ficion.

I'm going to preface this newsbite with a definition: BOB = Battery Operated Boyfriend (think about it).

Now, the news....

A bill was introduced into the Tennessee State Legislature to ban "BOBs". Senate Bill 3794 (and companion House Bill 3798) would have made it a misdemeanor to sell, advertise or show someone else a "three-dimensional device designed ... primarily for the stimulation of the human genital organs." Offenders could face six months in jail and a $5,000 fine.

The two who introduced the bill later withdrew it (no pun intened) but reserve the right to later re-introduce (or should I say re-insert) the BOB Bill.

The first thing that crossed my mind when I read this was that, if this became law, Keith would have to store his guitars out of state!!! (they certainly meet the qualifications of being 3-D and able to stimulate!) It also made me wonder if the lobbyists behind the bill might have been the "Keith ain't country" crowd! LOL

Looks like Keith's guitars are safe for now, but something needs to be done to prevent that bill from becoming law!
