Go to the Owner Login.

Under "Advanced User Options" you'll see a link for "New Options: Display Settings" - click that.

Then scroll down to the "Enable/Disable Display Features". In that section you'll find the two options you're looking for.

"Display HR Line Between Threads" - check that box to show the fine line between threads (self explainatory? LOL)

"Reverse Threads (newest on top)" is the very next option - check that box.

Next is "Relocate Active Threads to Beginning" - UNcheck this box if it is checked. That will keep old threads from popping to the top.

At the very bottom of that page is the "Post/Message Limits" section where you can max out characters per field if you choose.

Once you've updated, don't forget to click "Submit".
