Subject: Stevie Nicks was absoluetly amazing!
In reply to: Aussie Chick 's message, "Hi Girls, I'm pretty excited I'm off to see Stevie Nicks in concert in Melbourne tonight, (my xmas prezzie from hubby!) Just thinking wouldn't it be great to run into Keith at a concert! You know we hear he just pops up at other concerts here and there like Elton John and the like(more inside)..." on 19:33:05 02/17/06 Fri

She really lives up to being the enduring queen of rock.
She was at her most mesmorizing. Very theatrical and she really did put on a wonderful performance. She still has a mystical power and is so captivating after all these years.
Won't go on too long as I know this isn't about Keith, but the highlights were "Rhiannon" with a long intro from the Orchestra - just beautiful. "Stand Back" was huge, really big sound, just blew everyone away! "Has anyone ever written anything for you" made me cry!(the song holds very special meaning for me) and "Edge of Seventeen" which went on for 15mins while Stevie greeted those in the front two rows. For her encore she did "Beauty and the Beast" so hauntingly beautiful, I had goose bumps!
My love is a man...whose not been tamed.....

My mom and dad were both HUGe Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac having lost them both in the last 2 years, her music is so soothing to me, mom was a big aerosmith fan hence my tatoo on my lower back. But Stevie is amazing!
