The housing market in Franklin got a jump last week. Chad Jeffers settled on a cute farmhouse just outside of town. His Texas gal approved of the new love nest and promptly moved across the country with him. The two were spotted all over Nashville this past weekend shopping for furniture. Our spies saw the delivery men bringing in tan couches so it is assumed the living room will have country accents. Insiders report after much debate the kitchen will be green and yellow. The d�cor of the master bedroom is still being debated. One thing not being debated is the activity in the bedroom. Rumor has it the movers had to wait quite a while for the lovebirds to christen the new rooms. The two must have worked up quite an appetite and went out to a local eatery to refuel. They showed out for photographers and made no effort to hide their affection. Diners at the next table were seen blushing at the couples antics. The lovers paid no attention to their audience while they necked in between bites. They left arm and arm, pawing at each other in the car. Jeffers struggled to unlock the new door while maintaining his lip lock. By the time the door was finally opened they were half dressed on the porch. They reappeared after some time in the back yard where Tex supervised her man installing a new hammock. Once it was set up the two promptly tested out the swing and all we can say is�well�it held up to the rigorous activity.

The private jet took off mid-morning from Nashville earlier this week, containing country music�s Entertainer of the Year as well as last years winner in the company of two young ladies. Both Urban and Chesney have been photographed with there respective lovers over the past week engaging in PDAs all over the music city. Keith was previously mentioned in last weeks Tattler canoodling on a hammock and then buying furniture with a local nurse, the same woman who accompanied him on this trip. Chesney seems to have caught the domestic bug himself, buying sheets and towels with a local DJ. Insiders report she has since moved into his house outside of Nashville.
Our spies in Vegas, where the plane touched down, report the foursome gambled and partied the first night in town. On day two the girls enjoyed a spa day while the country gentleman perused jewelry stores. Where they looking for an engagement ring? At a formal event later that evening Chesney�s date was seen with a new sparkly necklace. Mr. Urban was not as generous and no new bling appeared on his date, but he did shower her with affection through the evening. Guests in the rooms neighboring Chesney�s suite complained about the noise late into the night as the sounds of lovemaking were heard all the way down the hall. Has country music lost two more bachelors? It appears so.

While Keith Urban has been seen without his �better half� the past few days in Nashville, he didn�t seem too upset about it on Thursday night. Urban was seen at a private club known to insiders as �the corner�. The Aussie boy was the guest of honor at an Australia Day party thrown by some admirers. They enjoyed grilled prawns, Pavlova (a traditional Aussie dessert) and Australian punch. Some of the more rowdy revelers indulged in Australian beer.
Urban was seen snuggled up on a red couch surrounded by women of various backgrounds, some more questionable than others. Members of the press were asked to leave once the conversation steered toward odd subjects such as types of chocolate bars and if they contained nuts and something called Mr. Inflatable. Mr. Urban was spotted leaving the party very early in the morning looking a little disheveled and with a smirky grin on his face. Will Keith make a return visit to this wild bunch? Only time will tell.

Don't know. What have we been up to in order to spark controversy? Perhaps Keith makes a return visit to the corner and is disappointed to find only one or two people here?
