I have removed the post about the tabloid story. I know we had a conversation about some of the other tabloid stories early on and I let it go then because we were attempting to be supportive of Keith, but the story in question was derogatory and salacious - even slanderous. I do understand that some may feel relief hearing it, but it's just trash.
The tabs are trying to cover their butts about the fabricated "race to the altar" crap they peddled for the month of December by trashing the relationship - and especially Keith. The "Daily Mail" - the tab in question - is British and the Brit tabs sort of "adopt" Aussies as British subjects. Nicole is a big enough star for them that they know she'll always be providing stories. Keith is the "unknown quantity" for them. Therefore, they made Keith look like the Bad Guy in the article. If you don't believe what they said about Keith - the "wild ways" and the "womanizing" - then why would you believe the REST of the story??
Further, the Sydney Morning Herald (the "newspaper of record" for Australia, like our NYTimes), reported that K&N were seen together enjoying each others' company the SAME DAY that the "Daily Maul" reported the break up.
Bottom line, tabloid stories are rumor and gossip, as far as I'm concerned, and I don't want this to become like the CMT board where posters hope that Keith goes thru another break-up or say who's good enough for him and who's not. Only Keith can decide that. Please defer to e-mail if you want to discuss tabloid stories further.

p.s. besides, we're here to have fun with the fictionalized, fantasized virsion of Keith that we adore, and discussing tabloid rumor takes away from that - time wise and emotionally.

but I have to wonder where your station gets their news! LOL And no you didn't mention anything bad, but in asking us for opinions, well, that kind of opens the pandora's box, y'know? Because everyone has an opinion, and not all of us are going to agree, and it can lead to arguments or hurt feelings over something we have absolutely no control over and no business knowing about (meaning Keith's private life).
The Private Keith is something we'll never be privy to, but there's still plenty of ground to cover when it comes to The Professional Keith and The Fantasy Keith!

Take the morning guy aside, grab an ear and twist. Then tell him to do a quick google search or at least a little "source checking" before spreading rumors and lies. LOL Someone's gotta defend Keith on the airwaves, Ches, and we here at the KLUB are counting on you! LOL
There were as many google hits about the Nashville sighting as there were about the tabloid report - on the same day!! LOL

I really want this board to be about having fun with Keith, and gloating or griping over tabloid stories doesn't fit the mold, y'know.
I don't want to discourage anyone from posting, I just don't want this to become a place of dissent and disagreement. If we're to be part of the mythical "corner", then let's keep it on corner-worthy topics. That still leaves us LOTS of stuff to talk about!
