The dessert was a Pavlova by the way, remember with whipped cream strawberries and kiwi fruit!
I guess we would have a 'fruit punch' With vodka, lots of gingerale and some pineapple and orange juice, lots of chopped pineapple, strawberries and slices of orange. I think the pineapple juice is an Australian additive (they grown them in Keith country - Queensland)
I am into the taste of champagne at the moment and I believe you can make a really nice champagne punch too.
