(He smiled as he watched her and picked up on the fact that she had covered her marshemellows. Poor girl.. he felt bad for her and her need for the puffed sugar. While she was talking to him, he had pulled out a spoon from the drawer beside him and flipped over the cool whip on the top of his mug, scooping up the marshmallows on it.) No.. we never really talked about anything.. it all happened so fast that I just got so overwhelmed that I panicked. And before I knew it I was back in the apartment, still sligtly drunk and she was gone. Haylie is such a strong woman.. I don't know if she could ever forgive me and even if she did I don't know if I could marry her now.. I mean she left me the moment I made a mistake.. I've never been so devestated.. I just wanted to be there for her and she just walked out.. and not like the locking yourself in your room walked out - she literally left the country and went on a mission so that I couldn't contact her.. she called from the flippin plane! (He shook his head, though the words weren't so dispaired now as they were betrayed - he was facing the anger behind his emotions now. He realized he still had the marshmellows and nodded to her to come over, holding the spoon out for her.) I have a feeling your wolf of a husband left the country to get you marshmellows. (He smiled as he watched her get up.) I suppose I should get that bed moved for ye. Let me know if ye need anything. (He said and got to his feet as they left, taking his glass of port and heading upstairs to their chambers.. poor Dag would just have to come back to no one there.) (He groaned a bit as they walked up the steps to the other wing of the keep, his hand moving to her lower back to support her pregnant body as she climbed the steps.) Well.. let's see.. I got married, am expecting a child, had a heart attack and found out I have a possibly degenerative heart condition. (He said with a smirk, though it was obvious when they got to the top of the stairs and his hand slid from her back that he was having a hard time with his breathing - it had only been six days and he was still very much in the danger zone.) But that's just me.. you live in a stinking castle, I always knew you were a gold digger, but this takes the cake.. (He teased, his eyes bright even though his breathing was shallower than normal.)
