I totaly agree that the main objective is to get the men through it, and that is why there are other options on the Federal guidelines and I would in a moment of sanity say I would go with what I had and what would best serve me and not be too dang concerned with forking out big bucks for something that I would never use again and would be a pain in the arse on the march. Take this for what is worth from one of the orgainzers for the event, but one that had nothing to do with writing the guidelines which were written under the previous adminstration of BGR before they disappeared in Galveston Bay.
