May 1st workshop*let's get ready for TX./OK. STATE!!!!*Pre-State Workshop*Fundraiser Boothes* CSE* for Today's Girls representing the Spirit of Texas Area in the DFW Region & Spirit of Oklahoma Area's***Workshop Fee's and Fundraiser Booth Fee's are due now!!!

May 1st. 9am to 5pm..TG's* TX/Ok State/Nat. with pd deposits only. *Morning and Afternoon Sessions

Dressing room opens at 8am. Check in at Registration booth @ 8:30am*Turn in Community Service Donations
Div ages 0-6***9am-12noon All events: May stay for afternoon workshop @ no add. charge to visit with Voice/talent coaches, Make-up staff, & work your fundraiser boothes, etc.

12noon 1pm: Lunch Break..Staff lunch: Div ages 7-18 *1-Check in at Registration booth @ 12:45pm*Turn in Community Service Donations
5pm* All events: *May arrive 9am morning workshop @no add. charge to visit coaches, staff, director's, Make-up staff, & to work your fundraiser boothes, etc. Casual attire Mom's *Unless presenting BABY age div cont on stage in competition wardrobe..then dress the part. If you want adequate critiques wear your competition wardrobe!!!..or no attire critiques will be made on critque sheets.
ALL CONTESTANT'S SHOULD HAVE HAIR*MAKE-UP APPROPRIATE FOR COMPETITION!!!
Casual attire for Workshop staff and Mom's, unless in the Baby Div.as a Baby Chaperone.
Pre-State Workshop Includes: Onstage Intros, Interview, CW , PD/Eve. Gown Talent, Photo Events, Coverage of Humanitarian Interviews/Projects . TG TX/OK Official Photographer/Videographers on staff to help with photo's.
If you need photo's contact Marie & Chris Wiggins IN ADVANCE...at 817-905-7802 or marie@rayoflightimages.com to book appt. for photo's or outside shoot. Do NOT Book your photo shoot during your scheduled workshop session.
Qualifed Vocal Coach available @ workshop after 1:30pm to help w/talent.
Make-up coach availble during morning session and at 1:30pm to 5pm to help w/make-up application.
Make-up consultants available at Fundraising Boothes.
Fundraiser Booth's available w/approval. Cost of Fundraisers Booth's: $10 & Donation of 1 item for Fundraiser Boothe Raffle. 8x10 foot space..you set-up..you tear down. Bring electrical cords. Tables available if you get there early..or bring your own. Tables:1stcome/1st served!
Judges/Coaches/Staff/Director's/State/National Queens & their Mom's..available to help Today's Girls in our area's improve chance of placements at TG's state/nationals. Great staff will be here this workshop!
You will need to arrive by 8:30 (by 8am if setting up a boothe..make sure someone is taking care of it for you when you will be needed to help with workshop.) Expect to leave by 6pm if not before.
As always..TG sportmanship rules apply and will be enforced.
Parent's..please make this a pleasant and positive experience for your children & everyone! Do not bring addi children to workshop unless absolutely neccessary..
Community Service Projects***A Humanitarian Sweetheart awarded at Workshop for CSE donations turned in at registration.
Lunch 12noon to 1pm* TG's Dine with our Soldiers..Bring your own lunch & drink. Snack Boothe available at Workshop to purchase drinks & coffee. You may leave for lunch or join us in the dining room to honor our Soldiers.
Beauti Control "Mom's Spa Treatment" for all mom's that RSVP for a spot during the lunch break. Kick back and relax mom's..You have earned it!!!! You must reserve your Mom's Spa Treatment spot in advance..let me know if you are interested by Friday @ 10am, April 30.
Teddy Bears For Trooper's: 12� or larger NEW Teddy Bears, tags still on.
Stuffed Animals: ANY kind..ANY size NEW stuffed animal/toy for Cook Children's Hospital.
Tx./Ok Angels for Service*Holiday items: Grandparent's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day , Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Fourth Of July, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter: Treats, gifts, stuffed animals, refreshments, or cards, and or Cook Childrens' Hospital, Town Hall Nursing Home.
Flip Flops For fun: New Flip Flops. Size child 6 to adult..any color or style for Flip Flops For Fun.
Prayer Bear Ministry & Cook Children's Hospital Library: NEW or Slightly used books for Cook Children's library. NEW Teddy Bear's of ANY size with tags!.

***$25 Workshop fee for each girl attending the Workshop to cover cost of the building, supplies, and the staff's lunch for those helping to host workshop for you. This fee needs to be paid by April 28th, by 12noon!!! If paying by Paypal @ fifth_gen_txn@yahoo.com ..please include a $5 service charge fee. There will be NO discounts for add. sisters attending. Please bring a lunchdrink for the lunch break..or be prepared to go and get something if attending. There will be a snack/drink boothe to purchase snacks/drinks. Lunches will not be provided except For Workshop Staff only.
