    REAGAN(2008 TEXAS TEEN PRINCESS) ROCKS THE STAGE IN KILLEEN!
    She is competing in the 2009 Back to School Model Search for the Killeen Daily Herald.We found out today she made the Top 25 out of over 220 models.The next step to make the Top 12 is a fashion/model show on June 27th.
    We just wanted to share the good news with her TG Sisters!!!
    Reagan you are the ultimate representation of a Godly young lady!We love you and support you in all that you do.
    TG Sisters please show your support as we go into the tough competition on June 27th.

  • PRAYER NEEDED!! Many of you know Baby Crista (Crista Mallory, 2007 Tx Today's Baby) has been having severe problems with her meds used to control her disease. Cristi (mom) and Terri Dueboay (grandmama) have been in the ER at Cook's Childrens with Crista all day because of her numerous episodes today. Terri reports all is fine with ears, nose, heart and lungs and a call has been put in for the nuerologist on duty, as her doctor is out of the country. Please pray for Crista and this sweet, sweet family, that God will reach out and heal this baby and that He will give this family strength, wisdom, patience, peace and persistance as they find a cure for her.     My daughter, Kennedy, age 11 is competing for her first time at a state pageant level. We are newbies to the whole pageant scene. She needs a formal wear dress, and I don't even know were to begin. If any one has a dress for rent or sale, or any advice on where to look to for I would greatly appreciate your help.

  • HELLO my TG family- I am requesting prayers for my Papa Well dad's cancer has came back and they have told us if he does no treatment that in about a month the tumor will be so big it will shut his air way off and he will have to have a trach and then it may start spreading throughout his body- he is going to have the major surgery which they will take his tongue completely out and reconstruct his throat and rebuild a tongue from tissue from his back or stomache- His surgery is schedule for June 1 and he will be in ICU for about 5 days-- -- Makenzie Black- 2008 National Baby Queen, 21:12:23 06/05/09 Fri [9]

  • Hello everyone! I hope you are excited about Texas State I am as excited to see you & I want to wish each contestant luck! JUST AS A REMINDER...I want to remind all contestants and chaperones that Today's Girl does not condone the use of fake hair, lashes, teeth, and/or heavy makeup, etc. Our judges are instructed to look for the girls who present themselves on stage as age-appropriate. You are absolutely not required to bring or hire a makeup artist or hairstylist and it is certainly NOT a prerequisite to winning a state or national title. I do realize, however, that some parents do not feel adequate or comfortable in doing their own child’s hair/makeup, so these services may be necessary for those who are not comfortable doing this yourself. We suggest that if you do decide to hire the services of anyone, that you obtain several references beforehand.     Congratulations for our beautiful daughter.She graduated from 8th grade in January and started 9th grade in February.She carried all A's for 8 years!Way to go girl.

    She also has signed with Austin Model and Talent Agency and is doing well with the jobs she has had thus far She finally had her last acting class last week so now she is available for commercials,film, and movies across the country.Hollywood here she comes........Reagan Rocks!!!

    Reagan is competing in the 2009 Back to School Model Search.You can cast a daily vote at th Killeen Daily Herald.com.(just move to the R's and she is on the top row in the middle.)We also have two other TG sisters competing in the younger age group.Take a look and see who you may can find and cast your vote.?????????Have a GREAT state pageant!!!Best of luck to you all

Jess turns 8 the first of June and with everything going on, she talked about having a pool party at the hotel with all of her pageant friends!   • JENNIFER HUDSON TICKETS!!! Hey everyone...I have two tickets to see Jennifer Hudson and Robin Thicke on May 21. Jennifer has been sick and they had to reschedule the concert date to May 21 and Ben and I can't go that night, so if anyone is interested, I will sell them for $85 each (that was the cost). They are great seats, Section 102, Row H, Seats 9 and 10. You can look at the section online at the Nokia Theater (Grand Prairie) website.     Thank you to our TG Family for your prayers,emails,phone calls,etc. during this time of illness with my mom.She has both good and bad days.We are praying for a miracle from God and my parents are working with insurance to see where she can get the most comprehensive care.If you were to see her she looks the same.Pray that the insurance company finds the right doctors.

    Hello everyone we are entered in the Venus Homecoming Parade on Sat. morning.
    I have a truck and trailer for our use from Debbie Kirkpatrick for the Venus Homecoming parade & Festival..for Today's Girls and Miss Venus Christmas Queen, Jr. Miss Christmas Queen, and Little Miss Christmas Queen & their court. this Sat. May 16th. meet at stadium parking lot by high school at 9am to help decorate..9:30 sign in..parade leaves from high school stadium in Venus at 10am. We can throw candy at this parade, so bring some if you want to throw candy.
    All Girls need to be dressed in appropriate reinging attire for Today's Girl with crown and banner or for Miss Venus Christmas Queen, Jr. Miss Christmas Queen, and Little Miss Christmas Queen, appropriate reigning attire, crowns, and banners..please bring your TG crowns and banners also. Stay long enough to help undecorate truck and trailer. There are all kinds of festivities throughout the day for you to enjoy. You may change into your TG-T-shirt attire after the parade if you wish. Bring spending money if you wish to enjoy the festivities. You will need to bring a folding chair to sit in on the trailer or in the back of the truck. Miss Venus Christmas Queen, Jr. Miss Christmas Queen, and Little miss Christmas Queen will be riding in the back of the truck, and Today's Girls representatives will be riding on the trailer. directions to stadium. Turn onto Hwy 157 off of Hwy 67 in Venus by the Whataburger, heaidng South. (turn inbetween Whataburger & station) follow 157 until it makes a sharp curve to the left..at this curve..turn right. Go until road dead ends into a T..turn left and follow road about 1 to 2 blocks..stadium will be on the right hand side..pull in and park..look for the pretty girls in pink crowns.
    If you need more details call Terri @ 817-202-9088hm. I am sorry for the short notice..but I just found out today. Please rsvp(that means..call me) and let me know if you will be riding in the parade by 7pm Friday night. Please call if you plan to attend so we have enough seating..bring a blanket if you can't bring a chair.

    Don't forget the modeling/talent show @ 3pm at the Towne Hall Nursing Home in Keene, Tx. Be dressed with crowns and banners on by 2:45pm for line-up for our TG parade of Beauties. You may wear your party dress or reigning attire with your crown and banners for Parade of Beauties, party dress/eve gown style modeling. Casual wear for Casual Wear modeling, and then perform your #1 talent. Please be prepared to perform more than one number if you can. Call and let me know you plan to attend by Sat. evening so we can prepare our program for you.
